My Story: Turning Adversity Into Global Healing
 

From the earliest days of my legal and advocacy career, I witnessed firsthand the silent devastation trauma inflicts—on individuals, families, and entire communities. As an attorney driven by a deep commitment to justice, my work exposed me to veterans haunted by PTSD, women’s mental health crises left untreated, and the tragic consequences of stigma and inaccessible care. No matter the courtroom victory, I couldn’t ignore the pattern: our systems—medical, legal, and social—were failing those who needed healing most.
 

The pivotal moment came after losing a close friend to untreated PTSD. The personal hit was profound. But it became a catalyst. Rather than accept the status quo, I resolved to pursue actionable change. My search for real solutions led me beyond law and into the frontiers of science, technology, and innovation.
 

Out of this journey, Spectruth DAO was born. I saw the immense promise in decentralizing not just technology, but healing itself. I assembled a team of clinicians, technologists, and visionaries to tackle the toughest barriers: lack of access, outdated clinical paradigms, and broken trust between patients and the institutions meant to support them.

Our mission is bold—deploying mobile diagnostic units on the ground in war-stricken regions like Ukraine; conducting the world’s first decentralized, data-driven longitudinal studies in PTSD; championing the overdue clinical validation of ibogaine therapy; and ensuring that women, veterans, and the previously unheard are at the center of our healing movement.
